Abstract

The Poverty Line in March 2023 was recorded at Rp 477,580/capita/month with the composition of the Food Poverty Line of Rp 360,571/capita/month (75.50 percent) and the Non-Food Poverty Line of Rp 117,009/capita/month (24.50 percent).

The percentage of the poor population in March 2023 was 10.77 percent, a decrease of 0.21 percentage points compared to September 2022. When compared to March 2022, poverty decreased by 0.16 percentage points.

In March 2023, on average, poor households in Central Java Province have 4.28 household members. Thus, it is estimated that the size of the Poverty Line per poor household is Rp 2,044,042/poor household/month
