Abstract

In September 2022, the level of inequality in the population of Central Java as measured by the Gini Ratio was recorded at 0.366. This figure decreased by 0.008 points when compared to the Gini Ratio in March 2022 which was 0.374. Likewise, when compared to the Gini Ratio in September 2021 which was 0.368, there was a decrease of 0.002 points.

The Gini Ratio in urban areas in September 2022 was recorded at 0.392. This is a decrease when compared to the Gini Ratio in March 2022 which is 0.404 and a slight decrease when compared to the Gini Ratio in September 2021 which is 0.393.

The Gini Ratio in rural areas in September 2022 was recorded at 0.326, an increase when compared to the Gini Ratio in March 2022 which was 0.322 and a slight increase when compared to the Gini Ratio in September 2021 which was 0.324.
