BPS has submitted a report on the development of a single data system, signed by the Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment, Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, the Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos), Saifullah Yusuf, the Minister of National Development Planning (PPN) or the Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), Rachmat Pambudy, and the Head of BPS, Amalia Adininggar Widyasanti.
Following up on Presidential Instruction (Inpres) No. 4/2025 on DTSEN, issued on February 5, 2025, the Ministry of Social Affairs is verifying the data through field verification (ground check) of DTSEN. The DTSEN ground check is being carried out by the Ministry of Social Affairs through PKH (Family Hope Program) facilitators in all districts and cities.
As an initial step, BPS Kendal Regency has moved quickly to coordinate with the Kendal Regency Social Service and the PKH District Coordinator (Korkab) regarding the training of field officers and data collection activities, which will soon be implemented. The coordination has resulted in an agreement that the Kendal Regency Social Service, as the organizer of the DTSEN Ground Check in Kendal Regency, will oversee the training of officers, coordinate with local governments, and conduct field activities in March 2025.
The event continued with participation in a Zoom session for the Ground Breaking of the DTSEN Ground Check launch. BPS Kendal is fully committed to supporting the Ground Check activities, including providing instructional materials (as instructors) and monitoring the implementation of the DTSEN Ground Check in accordance with the directives from BPS RI, ensuring that the data produced is timely and of high quality.
