Abstract

Poverty and employment are one of the fundamental problems that are the focus of the government's attention. One important aspect to support poverty and employment reduction strategies is the availability of accurate and targeted poverty and employment data. BPS Kendal Regency presents in the form of an Executive Summary of HDI, Macro Poverty and Employment for Kendal Regency 2023.This publication presents HDI data and its components as well as macro poverty and employment data for 2023 in Kendal Regency with the figures presented being district level estimated data. The data to compile this indicator was obtained from data collection activities from the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) and Population Census.
