Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) in January 2024 is 31.53 percent, of which the TPK of star hotels is 40.63 percent and non-star hotels are 22.28 percent.

The Average Length of Stay (RLM) of Guests in January 2024 was 1.22 nights, with the RLM of star hotels being 1.33 nights and non-star hotels being 1.06 nights.
