Wednesday (19/6) BPS Kendal Regency carried out the routine agenda of Wednesday RB. On the occasion of Wednesday RB this time, the Coordinator of the Public Service Strengthening Area, Madyastuti Herni P. said that public service reform is a fundamental and main thing that must be carried out immediately. This can be done by improving the quality and quality of services to the public.
The value of public services of BPS Kendal Regency in 2024 can be seen through 3 Elements, namely the Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Provider Performance (PEKPPP). The three indicators will be displayed in the second quarter of this year.
