Wednesday RB "Employee Competence"

Wednesday (12/6) BPS Kendal Regency carried out the routine agenda of Wednesday RB. On the occasion of Wednesday RB this time, the Coordinator of the HR Management System Structuring Change Area, Winarti A.Md., S.E. explained the importance of Employee Competence. Winarti said that competency development is the right of every employee where a minimum of 20 Lesson Hours (JP) a year must be fulfilled. The quality of ASN based on the educational qualifications, competence, performance, and discipline of ASN employees in carrying out their duties, is measured using a statistical measure, namely IPASN (ASN Professionalism Index). The measurement of the ASN Professionalism Index will be used as the basis for assessment and evaluation in efforts to develop ASN professionalism as well as the assessment of Bureaucratic Reform. For this reason, employees are expected to be able to independently update the competency file at Simpeg periodically.
